Introduction to Golf Stretching and Joint Mobility Drills
The better your body moves through each joint, the more power you can integrate to produce a more powerful golf swing. This introductory class will focus on increasing end ranges of motion, improving coordination, and restoring proper movement. When done correctly, these movement enhancement techniques and corrective exercises can clarify and increase your flexibility, body awareness, and athleticism.
Learn to:
- Enhance your golf ability by literally improving the way you move
- Get rid of stiffness, soreness, and pain
- Gain strength and coordination by enhancing the contractile capacity of muscles
- Increase your longevity on the golf course
