Brian Muccio
Personal Trainer
Brian Muccio’s life’s work has been to help clients develop their potential, so they may function at their best and use their bodies to perform at optimal levels. When training, Brian’s goal is always to teach and refine your brain, body, and entire nervous system’s ability to integrate movement skills and create the physical outputs necessary to accomplish your individual goals.
Over the past several years, Brian has trained individuals of every age, ranging from 10 to 96 years old. He has coached golfers, baseball players, martial artists, fencers, skiers, etc. The rewards from his work with clients and athletes come from seeing the positive changes in strength, balance, agility, and mental sharpness that can happen at any age, as he believes that “exercise is the best medicine.”
In addition to being a personal trainer, Brian is also a Tai Chi instructor and has been teaching Tai Chi for the past twenty years. He works as a consultant to Tufts Medical School’s Center for Complementary and Integrative Medicine and the National Center for PTSD – Behavioral Science Division in Boston, where he’s involved in “Mind-Body” research. Brian’s clinical specialty is working with clients with osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and various other health conditions.
