Brian Muccio is a highly skilled sport and exercise science professional specializing in functional training, corrective exercise, and performance optimization for golf and tennis athletes. With a deep passion for movement science and a commitment to evidence-based practices, Brian designs tailored training programs that enhance athletic potential, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology (APK) at the University of Florida, Brian has completed advanced coursework in Applied Sport Science, Sport Supplements and Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, Pathophysiology of Sports Injuries, Sport Psychology, and Clinical Exercise Prescription. His academic foundation, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows him to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world application, helping clients achieve sustainable improvements in both performance and overall well-being.

Beyond his work with athletes, Brian brings 15 years of experience from Tufts University’s Center for Complementary & Integrative Medicine, where he plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing Tai Chi interventions for individuals with chronic conditions. Collaborating with world renowned researcher, Dr. Chenchen Wang, he develops and leads Tai Chi programs tailored for patients with knee osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and other musculoskeletal challenges. His work focuses on evaluating the effects of Tai Chi on pain management, mobility, and psychological resilience, deepening his expertise in movement-based rehabilitation strategies.

Through Body Movement Solutions, Brian integrates his extensive knowledge in biomechanics, corrective exercise, and movement efficiency to empower clients seeking to move better, perform at their peak, and stay injury-free.
